My Life Purpose

My current goal in life is to build a network of ecovillages in Western and Northern Europe.

This is the sustainable future I see myself living in. Back during my time at the Catfarm ecovillage in 2021, I came up with a spiritual compass to guide me in my life. It was composed of 4 cardinal values: community, sustainability, nomadism, and mastery. I don’t see myself living in a suburb villa or a high-rise condo. I want to be part of a community in the countryside. But I also want to be able to move around, learn new things, and experience other people. A network of ecovillages would allow me to do that.

I needed to write this down. I’m in an appartment in the city center of Kuala Lumpur and feel far away from my mission. This note reminds me of why I spend countless hours on a computer to grow a business: I need to fund this dream. I need a reliable source of income to feed myself, buy land, and build. I need to be able to work remotely to be able to travel and find the right place to settle down. I need to be able to work on my own to be able to learn the skills I need to build the community.
